Fund II seeks to invest in companies with annual revenues of $10 to $50 million and operational cash flow greater than $1 million. There should be a history of consistent, non-cyclical earnings and sufficient tangible assets to support reasonable amounts of senior debt. Transaction values, generally, will not exceed $25 million with junior capital requirements of $10 million or less. Fund II prefers to make initial investments of $2 to $5 million. In rare situations, smaller investments may be considered.
